Own your morning with this 30 minute class. Time flies in this class as we build heat with sun salutations as well as focus on on our core, strength and flexibility.
This class moves at a slower pace and is for anyone who wants to establish more of a mindful connection to their body. Please bring props such as blocks, books, straps or belts to class.
This Baptiste-inspired class is challenging for the mind as well as the body. Tap into your personal power using your breath while building strength. Try new things and have fun doing it!
